Our History

The range was purpose built in 1907 and is the only range in Beverley, it has operated on the current site in Lord Roberts Road since 1909

The club has Home Office approval to operate the range and as such must operateunder strict security and health and safety guidelines.

The club has an exemplary safety record and is closely associated with Humberside Police.

Community Amateur Club Status:

The club is registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club with HM Customs & Excise.

The Club Constitution has always existed in the format required to meet the schemes strict requirements for the club being open to all members of the community with the aim of teaching and improving skills in sports recognised by the Sports Council of Great Britain.

 Discipline:

Both sections require high standards of discipline and eventually skill.

Dangerous and inappropriate behaviour in and around the club and its activities cannot be tolerated for any reason.

Members, probationary members and guests are expected to always comply with the clubs codes of practice.

 The club is a non profit making organisation that is run by a voluntary committee.

Committee members are elected at the Annual General meeting which is open to all members of the club.

Committee members are always receptive to ideas and concerns from members.
